National Socioeconomic Survey (SUSENAS) Field Officer Training March 2024

The training for SUSENAS Field Officers in March 2024 was conducted online from January 24th to 26th, 2024, and offline on January 29th, 2024, at Hotel Ebony, Batulicin. The purpose of this activity is to provide a thorough understanding to SUSENAS officers so that the survey can proceed smoothly, effectively, and efficiently, ensuring the quality of the generated data.

The training was attended by 62 officers, consisting of 43 field officers (PCL), 19 supervisors (PML), and 2 Regional Instructors (Inda). The opening of the event was led by the Head of BPS Tanah Bumbu, Ihsan Nulhakim, S.Si., M.Si., who urged participants to take the training seriously in his address.

The SUSENAS field activities are divided into two stages: household updating and sample household enumeration. Household updating took place from February 1st to February 10th, 2024. Subsequently, the enumeration of sample households was conducted from February 19th to March 9th, 2024.
