Abstract

From January 2020 there will be a change in the base year
calculation of Price Index Received by Farmers (It) and
Farmer's Paid Price Index (Ib) from the base year
2012 = 100 to be the base year 2018 = 100. Second type of index
these are important components in the calculation
Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP). Changes to this base year were made
to adjust changes in production patterns, costs
production, and consumption of agricultural households in rural areas.
In the base year 2018 = 100 there was an increase in coverage
the number of commodities both in the It and Ib commodity packages
compared to base year 2012 = 100
